Olive trees are oliveiras in portuguese. Olive oil is azeite. The two words have two different origens: greek and arab. It is the meditteranean world present in this peninsula where Portugal is located. Our olives are specific to their home, adapted to Winter frost and Summer heat. Their fruits are unique. To our table, they arrive as fruits or as olive oil.

We are now collecting them. At the end, all the pieces will create a mass and then a liquid. It will be our olive oil, the one that we will serve in our picnics.
