It may still be too early to say, but high expectations are already being felt about 2023.
The smooth rain that has been felt in Cima Corgo, this central part of Douro where we live, may mean that next year, once again, after a never seen interruption of one year due to the lack of water, we will again plant our onions, peppers, garlics, tomatos, cucumbers, beans, pumpkins, potatos, cabbages.
All this, all these little things, make a salad, a soup, a sauce, a broth, an entire meal, a simple one that sometimes feels like a feast.
