We are António & Sílvia and we are living in Ervedosa do Douro, a village on the southern bank of the Douro River. We’ve created Douro Walks, a project based on hiking tours and experiences in the Douro Valley.
Sílvia’s family works in the terraces of vineyards, olive and almond trees for generations. We and our team are committed with the Douro culture and landscape and we intend to share that with you.

Antonio is the best guide possible to explore all the hidden treasures of the Douro Valley! We had a wonderful day walking through the vineyards and farms. We had to pick almonds and fruits from the tree. The highlight of the tour was the meal at his house and his homemade port and wine. An extremely experienced guide who will make your trip to the valley memorable!
