Douro is a surprising valley. It is not a single one. Torto valley is one of the members of this exclusive group. We see it here in this picture. The entire region is not linear. But a rather rugged one, a demanding territory that puts us constantly at stake. One has to really want to be in it, otherwise, the same wind that brought us here, will take us away to milder whereabouts.
